Coaching is a collaborative process; we’ll meet each week to discuss your goals and how we can set a path to move forward.
We’ll tackle different areas depending on your trajectory (e.g., goal definition, time management, introspection, meditation, setting a daily structure).
While we may explore the emotional aspect of some challenges, my coaching services can not replace professional counseling.
Our focus won’t be addressing trauma, anxiety, or any medical diagnosis requiring professional assistance. Instead, we will focus on creating strategies to manage those challenges and allow you to make progress in terms of output.

One session can last from one to two hours. I usually end the session when the conversation naturally comes to a close. That allows me and my client to create some flexibility and not stay constrained to the usual 45-minute sessions.
Our sessions are private but may be subject to certain exceptions; you can read more about this in the coaching service agreement here.
The answer depends on your goals and unique challenges and strengths: It can take you as little as 3-6 months or up to 1-2 years.
It’s important to remember that change is an iterative process and takes time; acknowledging the subtlety and complexity of everyday life is the first step to making progress.
Money shouldn’t stop you from getting the help you need. That’s why I’ve decided to make coaching as accessible as possible with different coaching options, so you can pick what works best for you.

We can use Google Chat, Skype, or Discord; we can have our sessions via voice calls or chat messages. You can choose whatever mode feels the most comfortable for you.
We will go through some disclaimers then we’ll talk about your goals in a general context and explore your motivation and the environment you’re in.
I currently only accept payments through PayPal for my coaching services. Please note that you will need to create or have a PayPal account to do that.
